Phil is our warehouse manager at our Darley Dale headquarters, having previously worked as an artisan baker and supplied us with our bread on a Friday. Whilst Phil is now a invaluable member of our team, weekends just aren't the same without his Walnut and Date Sourdough.

Having dabbled with a spot of whitewater kayaking whilst living in the Lake District, Phil  has since decided that his time is best spent hanging off gritstone and flying down Peak District singletrack on his 29"er. He can still be seen careering uncontrollably down the mighty Derwent Canyon in one of the work fleet when the fancy takes him.

Phil's other interests include all thing music: gigs, festivals and playing the guitar, and, whilst he would never admit it, we've heard him and he's actually pretty good...
