The Freeride 2019
The Freeride is a long standing favourite in our jacket range. One of the most comfortable whitewater tops around, the Freeride is perfect for 3 season rivers, freestyle, surf and more. For 2019 we have switched to a tougher, more durable X3 ripstop nylon. This new midweight fabric offers 20m waterproofing and 5000g breathability. The articulated cut means that when the fit is right, there will be total freedom of movement without lots of spare fabric flapping around.
The neck seal on the Freeride is our soft neoprene cone neck with added tension band. This is the perfect option for people looking for a less full on fit than latex, but still requiring decent protection from water ingress. Simply tighten the strap for an even better seal.
The wrists consist of our exclusive Aquaout outer seal with a latex inner. This double seal is super durable and highly effective, ensuring you stay as dry as possible.
The double waist on the Freeride gives maximum security and works with your spraydeck tube to help keep water out of your boat. The Aquaout outer has double velcro fastenings for a snug fit, whilst the lightweight inner has a grippy elastic hem to prevent riding up and keep you as comfortable and dry as possible.
